To clear away excess uric acid, cholesterol and cure or prevent artery diseases that causes stroke and heart diseases. Doing this exercise will assist a person to be very healthy and free of aches and pain.

Repeat 150 - 1000 times or more for each time of practice

The Realization of True Friend

The Realization of a true friend is the one still and always beside you, comforting and encouraging you when you have lost everything. Your possesions, your home, your money, not a thing but this friend is still with you. Your Creator will always be there for you in all your greatest pain and sorrow. To find a true human friend, one have to go through one darkest hour. But Creator will always be there for you. You can always seek and talk to HIM in your prayers and HE will answer you through thoughts or attraction in due time HE think is right. REMEMBER this always your Creator will Always LISTENS to you.
