When a person becomes elderly, sometimes
their memories deteriorate to an extent whereby they feel very frustrated
trying to remember even loved ones name. This is the onset of geriatric illness
e.g. Parkinson, senility, dementia, alter ego that will alter the personality or
independency which we sometimes termed as second childhood. It’s the natural
process of aging but can be slowed down or halted by being active regularly
during the 50’s participating in various exercises or hobbies.
